By using BAZARI's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

BAZARI is a marketplace connecting users with local Indian grocery stores and community delivery runners. We facilitate orders but do not directly sell groceries.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate information
• Be available to receive deliveries
• Pay platform fees and settle grocery costs with runners
• Treat runners and store partners with respect

4. Payment Terms

• Platform fees are charged upfront via Stripe
• Grocery costs are paid directly to runners upon delivery
• Fees are non-refundable except in cases of service failure

5. Delivery and Returns

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• Fresh produce quality is managed by store partners
• Return policies vary by store partner

6. Limitation of Liability

BAZARI's liability is limited to the platform fee paid. We are not responsible for grocery quality, delivery delays, or runner conduct beyond our reasonable control.

7. Termination

We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or abuse of our platform.
